Tuesday Tunes: Hello, bees.
You bring me closer to God.
After an early 3:10am Uber ride, easy navigation through Toronto Pearson, and a "today's your lucky day" luck at the rental car counter, I'm now comfortably situated in one of my favorite places on the tennis tour: the Cincinnati Open media center. Looking forward to two weeks of catching up with players and friends at the amazingly revamped grounds at the Lindner Family Tennis Center. It's undergone a $260 million remodel, and if you've been coming her for over 10 years like me, your jaw is going to hit the floor. It feels premium. More on all that as the week progresses and we get a sense of the player and fan reaction.
Anyway, here are some of my favorite jams from Ohio's finest contributions to music. And also 98 Degrees.
Tournament anthem.
This is me not picking Cannonball, please clap.
THAT'S OSCAR AWARD WINNERS TRENT REZNOR AND ATTICUS ROSS TO YOU.
Man, there was time when this was the only song I wanted to listen to on loop.
Before "Groove is In the Heart" no song got butts on the dancefloor within the first 5 seconds like this.
So stupid, but so funny.
